If you order any other Hank just shoot him an email saying you want to add a 18350 tube for a KR1 to your order and he will send you a Paypal for that extra part, you pay and he ships … It’s that simple

Thanks I’m well aware I email him a few times a week I just have no need for a 18350 KR1 with a W2 green in it (I bought it second hand) I barely touch it as is

It’s a handsome torch, can you chuck up a couple beamshots? Do you daily this one or is it more a special-use one? The size looks super pocketable

Not OP. But my KR1 (SFT40, non copper, usually in a 18350 body) is very much a specialized light. I’m a city dweller and only carry my KR1 when going into outdoorsy kind of scenario.

Huh, that’s not what I expected, is it because of the small size that it’s good for carrying out in the country – is that what you meant by specialised? Isn’t the battery life a bit low?

An 18350 cell will, last about 2-3 hours depending on brightness and the driver you have, obviously a boost driver would last alot longer but with lower max output.

I would agree small cell size makes it less appealing to carry on a long night walking etc but I guess that comes down to knowing your situation. If I plan to be out for a long time I’m grabbing a D4SV2 or DM1.12 with 26800 tube or a dual 26650 light like the L6 or sp70

It’s beautiful indeed it doesn’t get dark in the UK until really late at night, I’ll try to take one for you tonight. It certainly won’t be an Everyday carry as I’d neglect my other 51 flashlights but it will certainly go into rotation.

It’s a real issue @Nelson_uk has the same issue. You stand at your collection 60 seconds from needing to exit the door and can never pick one.
