Palestine explicitly does not distinguish between civilians and militants. Also clearly the health ministry does not care about accuracy in this war because 1 hour after the hospital bombing they literally made up a number.

Why do we even have statistics, if after not seeing your parents for a day you can just assume that 10000 are dead?
