The Biden administration has used an emergency authority to allow the sale of about 14,000 tank shells to Israel without congressional review. How and where exactly U.S. weapons are used has come under more scrutiny, even though U.S. officials say there are no plans to put conditions on military aid to Israel or to consider withholding some of it.
Does Israel even need these shells or this just performative? It does not look like anything is practically hindering their Gaza operations besides dense urban environment and hostile population.
Ukraine is stuck with a stalemate due lack of artillery shells, not much will move until that changes.
