For example, I’m using a mp3 player and as I try to delete songs, it shows a message “Failed to delete file”. I have faced similar issues in other apps as well. Is there a work around for this? Also here is the obligatory " fuck you google"

    Feature, not a bug. Properly working apps that are updated, correctly ask for the permission to specific folders, and are able to touch the files. This is an issue with apps written for Android pre-10 but were never updated to the new file access permit model. I concur, fuck Google, but in this particular instance your beef is with the app developer. Millions of app handle user space files with no issues.
