Why would I want to put anything into Threads or Bluesky? They are just other centralized networks with a corporate owner wanting to financially exploit my contributions.
I second this! Seriously, we’re done with the lot of them. They’re no longer needed for intelligent people; at this point in time, they can be relegated to the sea floor of cyberspace to join all the other bottom-feeders.

It feels like Twitter did 12 years ago - in my experience it’s a really engaged place with high-quality conversations. It really highlights how far Twitter has fallen, and after the last couple of years on Twitter I had to re-learn how to have civil conversations with people who are acting in good faith, because I’d grown so unused to that
Yeah and it seems to be accelerating. I noticed just this week how multiple companies had “We’re also updating on Bluesky now, here’s our official acount:”-posts.
