A transgender woman inmate serving her sentence in a women’s federal prison sued the Trump administration on Sunday, arguing that Republican U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent executive order narrowly defining sex violates the Constitution’s ban on cruel and unusual punishment, is “motivated by discriminatory animus” toward trans people, and forces “dangerous transfers to men’s facilities.”

It takes a true fucking savage to know this and concluding “that’s not my problem, let them commit suicide”
They probably see it as a good thing. Another dirty crook off the face of the Earth.
They don’t mind crooks. It’s trans people they hate.
I dunno man, they seem to hyperfixate on the death penalty and “law and order” a little too much.
On the bright side, they’re as stupid as they are evil and egotistical. If Trump had just back channeled this and let wardens do this on a case by case basis the prison litigation “reform” act Clinton signed into law would’ve pretty much guaranteed it would be numerous years and countless opportunities for staff retaliation before any of these people could get a claim into Federal court, but by involving himself he probably just blew up that whole scheme.
Thanks for that perspective. Small wins, I suppose.
