    NYC doesnt have death penalty, so its unlikely he will get one. they want at least life or manslaughter charges on him.

      He’s been indicted on state charges in NY, and also Federal charges, so he will be tried twice for the same crime, no matter what the NY trial decides. He can’t be executed for the NY state charges, but he can be executed by the Feds.

      So conceivably he could be found not guilty in NY, and still get executed by a Federal court.
