Then the problem is with privacy laws that allow abuse and poor regulation, not with more capable cars.

It’s more a question of money than feasibility. I’m pretty sure a couple manufacturers already have basic capabilities similar to this
We created laws to require seat belts, maybe it’s time we create laws that require the manufacturers to install tech to detect kids and pets left in hot vehicles and alert the authorities or at the very least sound an alarm.
I can’t help but think that part of many Americans indifference to this is their feeling that Indian Americans and residents don’t really count and they’re still more Indian than they are American, so it’s not great but isn’t the same as meddling with a “real” American. I feel like we saw something similar with Khashoggi’s execution. “Of course modi can interfere in their lives, they’re of Indian heritage…” as if they’d tolerate a European premier telling white Americans what to do or else

That aspect is definitely true. City of cardboard. But it was some pretty vibin cardboard
That’s funny, I feel kinda the opposite lol. The story just feels ok to me (I thought the story of PL was a lot more interesting though) but I just love the setting and just blasting through enemies
Half the time I look on stack overflow it feels like the answer is irrelevant by todays standards
I’m going to go against the crowd and say that while I think it’s a good move to make it official non competes were effectively already declared unenforceable via the court system. It’s rarely used for the average worker unless something truly fucky was going on and the courts would usually side with the employee no matter what unless something truly fucky was going on.
They also offered to “swap” her for the lot next door. F that, they should offer to buy it from her for fair market value
Rip to one of earth’s GOATs.
Should he take the deal, Weisselberg would admit to committing perjury during his October testimony in the fraud trial. In exchange, he would not have to be a witness against Trump in the hush-money trial, which is scheduled for March.
I will caveat that I’m not familiar with the case details at all, but my reading of that suggests that because of the deal he will not be testifying against trump, not that he will have to as part of the deal.
Tl;DR: a key witness that was set to testify against trump in his hush money case might not testify because of a separate deal for his possible perjury
Thank you. Everyone is very calm lol
Tldr: New desktop environment designed for PopOS (but usable elsewhere)
Not that I support it but does anyone know why Putin doesn’t just have this guy killed? Putin has lots of people killed and I feel like I’ve been hearing about this guys imprisonment for years. It’s surprising he’s kept alive in prison indefinitely rather than added to the pile. Is the fear it would trigger a bigger movement / martyr him?
It might also be environmentally precarious but I’m interested in seeing some of the ocean current and heat differential and other non river hydro solutions being proposed.
Good point! Festivus has been with civilization a long time :D
Why not password protect the keys (ala Linux ssh / gpg symmetric encryption for local storage of PPK)
