The pee tapes might be weird enough for Trump to want to keep them hidden, if they exist.
Are they making out or is it a reference to the socialist fraternal kiss?
Symbolically, it’s a similar meaning either way.
Adding Stardew Valley to your list - on Android it’s even got mod support and the controls aren’t awful.
I’ve also had a lot of fun with rollercoaster tycoon classic but I’d really only recommend that on a tablet.
I know KDE has a page looking for contributors, including translators, I don’t know how much they need more Italian translators though.
Try KDE Connect if you’ve got an android phone, it’s pretty cool. I had to tweak the notification settings on my phone to get it to work the way I wanted, but ymmv, I’m just saying this because I’m usually happy with the KDE default settings (at least the Bazzite KDE default, I’m not sure how much the Bazzite team has changed their DEs).
pretend whatever game in question you’re thinking of is handled with the utmost care by your favourite devs and they absolutely nail it.
Crash Team Racing. :(
That might be an improvement over Putin.
It can, though. There’s absolutely a group of people who found it annoying or problematic enough to block, but not enough to vote to remove it for everyone including the people who do like it. I did vote to get rid of it, but I’m not going to be upset if it stays because I don’t totally disagree with that view.
Also, give it a couple of days and spread the word that the poll exists so it can be the most representative sample possible, I don’t think it’s been up for 24 hours yet. Also, the same poll is up in other communities which also use the bot, vote where you’re subbed.
There’s a pinned post right now where you can vote to kill the bot. I ultimately blocked it because it was at best useless - the sources I didn’t recognize it didn’t either, and I saw it endorsing British tabloids which is outright harmful. Maybe I would have liked the Wikipedia addition, because the spoiler tag works on my Lemmy client, but people already do this in comments in a more relevant way on an article to article basis.
Thanks Alec, now explain the refrigeration cycle again.
I’d forgotten that awful bit until you mentioned it. :( iirc my brother got that on my file and I got the chocobo balloons on his.
Congrats to Jimmy Carter, he made it!
Google killed off their own cached pages last month and they’re now using IA as a replacement. Free linking is definitely important, but this is Google we’re talking about, and them using IA to save money - this feels a lot more exploitative if Google isn’t funding them in some way.
It’ll pass, but it’ll pass like a kidney stone.
I think Jerboa can do subscript
CO2
Yup, looks right for me. It’s a single tilde on both sides of the 2.
They basically do - in addition to people who live in range of the immediate storm surge, those who live in mobile homes and other less safe buildings are told to evacuate, and evacuate can mean “go to your local storm shelter” which is often a well built community center or high school gym or whatever. They’ve got cots they set out. Some shelters are pet friendly, some are aimed at people with medical issues who are in trouble if a building loses power. Electrical workers and first responders are the sorts who stay to help with storm response as soon as it’s safe. (Downed power lines are extremely dangerous, and making sure they don’t kill anyone is part of ASAP storm response.)
We’ve been joking that reality is so absurd that the Onion is just a news site now…
