Is the job to be interacting with a computer for the entire duration of your shift? Fuck this incentive structure that requires people to fake touching their computer parts to show that work is being done.
Jesus Elon is my co-pilot
It’s kind of like the scene “there ain’t no rule a dog can’t play basketball” from Air Bud. The constitution has set minimum qualifications to be president, but didn’t bother with the disqualifications because it would be insane to try to conceive of every possible scenario that would disqualify an individual from seeking the presidency.
I’m not Trans, and abso-fucking-lutely don’t want anyone asking what I’ve got between my legs anytime I need to take a shit.
With proliferation of AI generated content, people aren’t able to identify other human generated content, or be certain that their online interactions are with a bot or human. This scenario has apparently been called the dark forest internet because people will try to preserve their communities by more restrictive curating, effectively hiding both from other humans and bots.
I like some of Kyle’s videos, and I’m not doing a great job of summarizing all of the points made in this one. I found it worth the 15ish minutes, but probably should have watched it at higher speed.
Pro-life, unless they mouth off or something.

I don’t want to lose any game of Jenga. Am I an overly competitive asshole?
To a large extent I agree, but i think anti slander laws are a generally accepted precedent that limit what people can say to or about another person. It’s possible that the new law follows similar logic, and is intended to prevent harm in much the same way.
I’m not totally familiar with how the Scottish legal system works, but wouldn’t the line be drawn by a jury of peers, and not necessarily the people in power?
Possible unpopular take, but suddenly cutting off support for Israel may be evaluated as the path that results in far more blood. Because of Bibi’s absolute shit response, there’s a good possibility that many groups in the region (Hezbolah, Iran, etc.) are standing quite ready to exterminate Israel and all of its roughly 9.3 million residents (2021 numbers). While the US cutting off support may be a short term solution that a lot of people could agree with, Bibi has made clear that he is willing to play chicken with the entire population of Israel, and so if the aid stops and the possible invasion from the regional players starts up, then the US has to decide whether to let a “former” ally get exterminated, or get involved at that point when many more actors could be involved in the conflict.
The desire of the person saying it to get clicks.
Is it okay to openly say that you’ve cloned another product, or promote a product as a clone of another? I honestly don’t know the legal precedents, and know that there are many sites that have copied elements of other products that they intend to compete with, but reading the post title gave me a sinking feeling of Reddit lawyers perking up.
The site looks nice, and I really hope that I’m just being paranoid about possible legal exposure.
I see it as the Special Counsel trying to find a cowardly way of keeping Trump from turning the mob against him. The dude knows he’s got no case to bring, but if just shows up and says “no charges”, then he’s immediately going to be branded as a traitor to the MAGA cause, and likely start receiving death threats. He has to find a way to sling some shit at Biden to keep Trump from kicking him out of the cult.
The Devil Lord made me do it.
Is there a niche market of consumers that are worried about dropping their phones out of airplanes, and which phones would be best in that scenario?
What if it turns out Lex Luthor was the good guy on Smallville?
Sadly I agree with with your point. While I, as someone who is definitely not a prosecutor, think there is a pretty strong case that he is using the power of his office to prevent someone from exercising their legal freedoms to try to survive, I am ignorant of how charges like that could be brought and expect that Paxton enjoys some pretty broad protections, whether his position should or not.
Pretty much, except it may be more appropriate to replace “implies” with “determined there was sufficient evidence to conclude”
