This is the big issue I have with with “USB C”. USB c is just the connector which can be used for so many things. What actual is supported depends on things you can’t see, like the cable construction or what the device supports.

How are you playing FTL on the deck? Are you using the track pads or a custom controller setup? I struggled to find an easy way to play with the controller.

Yeah I would guess they just don’t care. I have a nice PC but still found myself playing baldur’s gate on it for a while due to it being in my hands and my ass being on the couch.

Yeah I reached out the Jackson and he is replacing it and going to check out what might have gone wrong he is thinking it has the wrong emitters. He built me a replacement already. Great guy to work with.

It’s just not that easy for a majority of people. It still takes some work and knowledge to do just about everything. From picking an distro, installing it and then running different programs. And games are far from perfect.

I think their age is also an advantage on the Deck. Since the requirements are lower they run better then new AAA games.
