Serious question: Do you think anybody would listen? There have been multiple former members of the White House staff and Cabinet you have come out with scathing tell-alls. Then there are the multiple communications leaks. Then outright just stating that they are going to do the thing.

The United States is (not very) slowly sliding into full blown fascism. Things are getting less progressive here, not more. If you think that the current elimantionist rhetoric centered around trans people won’t make its way to you and your husband, then you haven’t read a single word of history. Shit’s about to get a whole lot worse for folks.

The interest does not come from lending the money. Heck, the DEBT doesn’t even come from lending the money. Banks can basically create money to loan with out of thin air thanks to fractional reserve banking.

A better solution for your political (situation) would be for the USA to break up and no longer be a country.

The U.S. IS inherently a “murder and pillage” kind of nation, yes. It’s kind of the only thing we’ve ever done. If you’re from the U.S. (like me) and you keep asking yourself “how did we get here?” Or “what happened to the America of my youth”, then reading a little bit about history could be helpful. Or shit, talk to any Native about what their history, culture, language is, and then follow up with “What happened to them?”.

The United States of America is a failed experiment. It’s time to put it down.
