Agreed. I really enjoy being able to one hit enemies that made me shit my trousers a couple of hours ago. The rats I killed for that innkeeper when I arrived shouldn’t even be worth my attention during endgame.

Then that would be the gamers’ fault, not the producer’s. They’re not responsible for how their comment may not only be taken out of context but also translated in a disadvantageous way.
Wot? Perplexity ai, that app that I have on my phone and that I sometimes ask random things when I want to be angry at something and that gives entirely useless and wrong answers 95% of the time? lollmaoeven
Rimworld loading add-ons and then a wall of red text.
The Wikipedia article?
Tea is an inefficient delivery system for caffeine. If there’s no caffeine in it, it’s a warm beverage that relaxes you. So why would the industrious German worker bee want to bother with tea bags when coffee is right there? Unless of course the bee is sick and needs to relax, doctor’s orders, to get back to work as soon as possible. ;)
My husband is Northern German, close enough to England that he was horrified at the thought of making tea in the microwave. And he doesn’t even really drink tea when he’s not sick.
It’s really just “this thing happened” and nothing else, as if they’re reporting on events where they’re just innocent bystanders. Instead of saying what they did, it’s “hey, we didn’t do [detail]”.
And? CEOs seem to be welcome there.
We’re in agreement :)
Robin Hood was also Robin of Loxley, originally a nobleman. It is entirely possible, however unlikely, for people born into money/status to turn out decent.
That is definitely a take.
How is a torrent client an alternative to a download manager?
Ah, I see what you’re saying. That might be a way of looking at it.
Wouldn’t that make many (most?) news sites social media since they let you comment on articles? (IMDB dodged a bullet?)
I think you may not have scrolled far enough? The only paragraph I see that fits your description is in the middle of the article. It is unfortunately followed by a subscribe prompt which can be misinterpreted as marking the end of the article, so there’s that.
You don’t consider Lemmy social media? Honest question.
That’s an actual issue I see with this law: how does one define social media? I’ve seen YouTube described as social media which I find highly dubious but I can’t really explain why.
The misogynistic idea was quickly dismissed by women across the country, forcing Hyakuta to apologise. In his apology, he clarified that his comments were were framed as a “science-fiction storyline” to help start a discussion on the falling birth rate.
He admitted that his opinions were “extremely harsh” and denied that he advocates for such drastic measures against women. “I meant to say that we cannot transform the social structure unless we do something that goes that far. I want to retract my remarks and apologise,” he was quoted as saying by the South China Morning Post.
olololollol fuck all the way off
It doesn’t appear for everyone to see.
I feel like we’re talking past each other and it’s too exhausting to try and get across what I’m saying. Have a pleasant day.
Well, hiding it behind “protecting your children (as a roof would)”.
