Who’s to say you’re not (I won’t, at the least)?
Who’s to say you’re not (I won’t, at the least)?
perfectionist mindset - as one is writing,
I think an “M-Dash (perfectionist mindest— as one is writing,)” would be more appropriate than an “N-Dash” in your statement. No ‘nested’ parentheses needed (unless you’re looking to add non-essential (though insightful) info to your sentence); but the type of… “PAUSE” makes all the difference
If you buy a gift for someone, but they refuse to accept it, who then owns the gift? You do!
Your anger doesn’t upset me, but you’re still the one left holding it and experiencing it
You sound smart enough to figure out how to find some therapy, my friend. You should try and do that for yourself, or work harder at self-control and compassion
Don’t bother typing a long-winded response, I’m moving on. Good luck to you in all of your endeavors!
Reading your comments as I scroll: maybe you added some insight; but your delivery is crass. It makes you seem deliberately elitist… and makes me ignore your “angry” comments. You’ve made the conversation worse by adding to it, without consideration of anything besides your own opinion
And the worst part is you don’t even consider it a personal failing.
Isn’t that ironic.
You’re right though, I only read the summary and then commented from there. Having now read the full article, it seems that it’s the “county” (that runs the hospital) listed in the lawsuit. Why not the hospital themselves? Or is that how the law works (as in, who is liable) when dealing with federal laws that were broken?
How does that not violate HIPPA? Do you have a source; out of curiosity?
There’s some situations where say, a person may be hospitalized after a car-accident and also has prior warrants out for them (the police were already involved with the wreck and now know the ‘wanted’ person has gone to a certain hospital). So the police will leave paperwork in the patient’s chart, asking for a “courtesy call” when the patient is about to be discharged, so that they can than be arrested. But it’s technically not “mandatory” (oh, I was busy and forgot to call the detective!), but the system definitely makes it feel mandatory
But being tipped off about a patients’ medical condition‽ So that they can be arrested afterward for said medical condition‽ I’m sorry, but how the actual fuck does that fly in any logical realm?
If true: the hospital should be held accountable for violation of HIPPA, which is a federal law. Fuck their state laws, that’s not how it works
ITT: even more division toward any semblance of unity. So instead… let’s just slow-walk ourselves into the same bullshit (that we’ve been doing), because the circus and bread done got us too fucked up; seeing only ‘left’ or ‘right’. Rather than how to help our brethren—we fight how to make our “best opinions” best
So I recently finished TOS and am about to finish the first season of TNG. All of this is just to say, I’m excited to see this episode only because you keep posting the meme (aptly). I’m actually kinda waiting to see when his goatee appears in the first place
Please, no spoilers anyone! I’m really enjoying the journey
I’ve learned a lot from your comments, much appreciated!
I searched “Bigamy and DV charge” first; then searched “DV charge” before I got my answer. I’m just saying that you’re not the only one who didn’t know the acronym
If I had scrolled another comment down, I would’ve had my my answer. So I appreciate ya asking for everyone else who doesn’t know
He has Vladdy issues
I work night shifts. My manager one time called me around 2pm to ask me something menial and waking me up (as I was still sleeping for my next shift at 7pm).
So naturally, I called him at 2AM when I was at work… because I had an “urgent” question about a work policy lol. He got the picture, and that shit never happened again
I’m nether and love both… is that cultural appropriation or appreciation? Idk, I’m just kinda a fatty
I feel like I gotta derail for half-a-spell: Perogies are amazing and one of my comfort foods.
That is all
I feel like you skipped a few steps in your conclusion, cause having retyped this comment several times now, it does seem logical (though logically evil and morally corrupt; which nobody’s surprised). And I’m not entirely convinced it’s just Netanyahu trying to create a “forever war”
I was gonna say that it seems more like “blatant genocide” than a “forever war”… and how can a war be “forever” if one side is obliterated?
But then I thought, “Maybe genocide is just a bonus for Isreal”, while also being a ‘unique’ way to stir-up the concept of “War on terrorism, in the US”. Their “War on drugs” has lost some traction (and also serves a different purpose), but maybe they can put a convoluted spin on the “War on Terrorism”.
The US is allowing “allies” to commit genocide for the greater good of their own military complex/gain?.. because their current “forever wars” have been experiencing downturns? Maybe it is a “forever war” with genocide as a bonus for Isreal?
I can’t dispute your statement well, because it doesn’t seem too “off key”. It just feels like you’ve made some logical leaps… or I’m just falling into conspiracy-driven-logic. Idk, but I appreciate giving me something to ponder more closely
Could you explain your metaphor please? I understand the first idiom, but can’t put it together in a way that makes sense to me. Would you mind ‘plainly’ stating what you’re implying?.. cause I’m at a bit of a loss
It may be that I’m not so literarily keen; but your comment seems… idiosyncratic? Idk, I’m probs just uninformed. Please help
The judge was probably persuaded by 10k only
She’d have done better claiming, “It doesn’t even look like me‽ Kind of a shit artist imo, if we’re all just being honest.”
Apparently, there’s no going back from the Streisand effect. And now, here we all are, looking at her actual gremlin face… understanding that the painting is somehow true. She should have let it go
I once had an encounter that I never considered to be rape… just emotionally/psychologically uncomfortable. Until I was telling someone about it, and then it was like the act of hearing my own words made me realize what happened.
Thankfully, it wasn’t very detrimental to my psyche… but I still don’t much like talking about it, or really thinking about it. Beacuse it turns out, most people would consider that rape; including me when I looked from the outside-in. Abuse takes many forms. Mine just came in the form of emotional that led to physical, and I didn’t even realize what happened for most of that day.
I don’t much care of what is said, when it is just. I’m more concerned with those who claim to know the difference
