Yeah I understand. I got upset with few comments that were praising Sri Lanka. I just wanted to remind people that Sri Lanka has its skeletons too. Hidden away in mass graves.
After all Sri Lanka does have previous experience with committing genocide and getting away with it.
I understand that we are speed running earth’s demise but can we please pick up the pace. I have a report deadline on Monday but I am in no mood to do it.
I really like these metrics that some posters have started adding! It helps to quickly determine what is the credibility of the source!
Is Frontiers considered predatory or not? Some people give me a lot of shit for citing frontiers and mdpi. But in my defense those articles were already well cited. But in a overall sense I have noticed that most articles from both those groups look poorly written.

This makes me very happy for some reason. It is like a huge pat in the back for a community that often is under appreciated. The open source community is the last bastion that stands against the rapid capitalism that is spreading through the world. We need more such devs who appreciate this sort of feedback and more new members of the community to take up the torch and continue the good fight.

I never remember which one is natural and which one is reverse. When I use a mouse or a trackpad, I am moving the scroll bar. When I am using a touch screen, I am moving the content.

God just make WFH a standard already. Compaies get to save on rent. Employees save on commute. This is win-win. What is the hold up here? The biggest loser would be large real estate guys and honestly I cant care less about them.
