But if you install the app you get a free Bluetooth speaker!!
/Joking. Am I the only one who gets that ad constantly whenever I’m using a device that isn’t running ad blocks?

I forgot that was one of the endings!
For ambulances, if the air conditioning is broken in the patient compartment it’s considered a critical fault and the vehicle needs to be out of service. In the cab it’s a minor. Maybe it’s in case a judge needs to be transported.
I backed my car into a cop car, the other day.
Well he just drove off sometimes life’s okay.
He looks normal at 108%
Exactly my response!!
Thank you. I wasn’t aware that he was aware it was Monsanto’s. I also know that farmers aren’t automatically in the right (look at the dairy industry practices and political lobbying for instance). It’s relieving to know that it wasn’t the original seeds that resulted in the lawsuit, though I think I do lean towards the idea of once seeds are planted the plants and anything they produce belong to the one who planted them.
Do you have any more info about seed patents? I mean I understand it takes a lot of research to develop the pesticide-resistant crops (and also know that an organic label means nothing) but am having a really hard time reconciling the idea of needing a license to plant seeds that you harvested yourself.
Thank you! Sorry I had gone done a rabbit hole and copied the wrong link. There’s a lot of Monsanto lawsuits it turns out.
This was the one I was thinking of, but its not as readable. Also, it’s not 100% whether it was solely because of the wind, although that’s the claim. https://www.ielrc.org/content/n0407.htm
Yep, exactly. I’m against Monsanto suing farmers for cross-pollination when the wind blows.
Seed patents are dumb. Once something has been planted it belongs to the ground now, if it spreads that’s too bad for giant corpo.
EDIT: the link above is the the wrong case. I found this link which breaks things down better.. I’m still of the opinion that seed patents are dumb, and that if farmers harvest seeds from crops on their fields they should be allowed to replant them.
All of them are non-venomous, but there are a ridiculous amount of ball python breeders out there and animals in need of homes. I actually worry that some of the wild type ball pythons might be euthanized for no demand. Similarly, there are more retic breeders than people who can house them (aside from super dwarf localities) responsibly.
I think boas don’t have quite the same over breeding problem as balls, but it’s not hard to find one needing a home. Snakes live 20+ years. It’s a big commitment.
Setting up a legal pathway for suicide helps people maintain agency and also allows for those with curable conditions to take the time to seek the help they really need thanks to the ample medical oversight.
I don’t think that it’s awesome. Having read the article, I think that she has full capacity to make the decision and am happy that she is doing so in a medically supported way. Botched suicide attempts can cause devastating disabilities. And I always hate when a family member finds the body of someone who died by suicide.
She’s run out of treatment options and is still symptomatic to the point that her quality of life is severely diminished.
It wasn’t an overnight decision and has been reviewed by multiple medical teams, over 3 and a half years. All stated in the article.
My first reaction too.
I almost think there should be a seperate award for the soul of eurovision. Finland might have won that this year.
Nemo’s vocal range was so impressive that the first time I heard the song I thought they were accompanied by an opera singer- nope, they were the opera.
Last year a transman participated for Serbia (Luke Black) and I don’t think he got out of the semi-final, if that makes you feel better…
The popular vote was for Baby Lasagna (Croatia) but I think the jury tends to like solo acts and pop better than bands and metal/heavier rock. It was a big deal when Maneskin won a few years back.
Hmm… A perfectly neutral review with a share of the wording from the contract is nothing but factual, and I believe could be argued to be non disparaging?
That explains why those “I ❤️ genocide” T shirts sell so poorly
How did he procure it so quickly too??
Two or more would be a pattern. Those one offs are fine tho
