Edit: got service back around 5pm

Verizon in the Chicago area here. Been on SOS all day since 9 something this morning. Tried the network reset and it did nothing.
My wife’s phone on our plan has a bar. We both have iPhone 15 Pros. It’s been about 7 hours now without service. Hopefully it’s fixed by tonight.
Honest question, but aren’t LLM’s a form of AI and thus…Maybe not AI as people expect, but still AI?
Ah fuck! Did VISA get you?
It was a tool to see what Google has cached, to check web pages for changes based on Google’s last access.
It also had a nice habit of bypassing those pop-ups that would prevent scrolling. 😂
What if they were on toilet paper? I think there’s value there…
Thank capitaligion!
For pooping, silly!
The Draft. Questions. It’s all the same. He dodges more than the auto manufacturer.
Like Gallagher smashing a watermelon - or…human pumpkin?
Real ID is a joke anyway. I have an Illinois real ID and it’s just the driver’s license with a star stamped on it, basically. I compared old and new and that was the difference - that stupid star. Other than that, it was just providing all the documentation you would use to get a passport.
Fucking joke.
“Draw a line around the shortest word in this line.”
You can’t draw a line around something. It’s not a line then. Fucking hell.
Tits could’ve been all over that bench and then they put their sandwich there where the tits had been.
To the automatic part, that’s what the bump stocks were about and why the banning. It helped to turn an assault rifle into acting like an automatic weapon by using recoil to bump the stock which the bounce made it rapidly tap the trigger finger and fire much faster.
Many guns are named after people who distributed, produced, or designed them.
So he is a guy named after a gun that was named after a guy.
Totally agree! The drug companies are fucking scum bag shit lords. Hell, I used to work in preclinical pharma testing for 11 years at a Charles River Labs company so I know what goes into a lot of this.
I just worry about someone then taking something else, or getting prescribed another med, without consulting a professional and there is a nasty interaction and now there’s an ER visit or flat out death. I don’t want people dying because they get complacent or make a mistake that could be avoided.
The solution is really holding pharma to the coals, but I live in reality where it won’t happen. So here we are. 😢
Agreed. I know why we’re in the situation. I’m just saying that sometimes it’s still not a good idea to just give anyone autonomy for something as a fix, especially when they do not specialize in it.
Stupid.
People diagnose incorrectly a lot, will probably take incorrect amounts, and if sick will take the medicine incorrectly leading to bacteria and viruses with immunity to more drugs.
Just…let the doctors and pharmacists do the work, please? At least they have some training and understand interactions/classes of medicine.
I’m American and I’m just going to stop you right there. We last declared war formally for World War 2, but, uh…well…we’ve done some stupid shit in other countries since then without declaring war. So, based on this I’ll just go ahead and disagree with you that you have to declare war before invasion. If you need more evidence, see Russia/Ukraine or UK/Argentina.
I’m not saying it’s right. I’m just saying you don’t have to.
