The day the Palestinians puts down their weapons will be the day peace begins. The day Israel puts down their weapons will be the day all Israelis are massacred. That is the difference between the two sides - coexistence vs “from the river to the sea”. Don’t forget who started this war. Jews were already genocided once, so STFU while we defend ourselves after this latest attempt. Nobody else will protect us, so we’re doing it ourselves.

yeah nobody calls to “step in and end” anything for a sovereign country. Good luck trying to “step in” to China, Russia etc. Same for Israel. If you want to dissolve the military then you are welcome to go over there and give it a try.
Israelis are disturbed by such behavior, the soldiers will be investigated and prosecuted if necessary.
Contrast that with the Gazans who danced in the streets and handed out candy while the dead bodies of Israeli children were being mutilated in front of their eyes by the Hamas terrorists
Correction: escape routes are targets of Hamas who want to keep the civilian population in place as human shields.
Heartbreaking indeed, but just for the record- The road bomb which killed 70+ was from Hamas. They are literally bombing their own people, putting up roadblocks inside their cities, and confiscating people’s car keys to keep them in the area as human shields.

1·1 year agoOne pro-tip: you can hack your own mind to work better in these situations by shifting from thinking “OMG why are he/she so stupid for doing X or Y, I would do it better” to “He/she are clearly stupid for doing X or Y, let me use my superior brainpower to guide them to achieving their goals even if they can barely understand/explain what they are trying to do”.
They’re asking not for the info, they are asking to see how you communicate (ie “soft skills”). Your response immediately demonstrates that you do not like people, are probably a PITA to interact with, and will have a hard time collaborating with any other humans who do not think exactly like you do. The good news is that soft skills are skills, and as such they can be learned and improved on.
Go has a much cleaner syntax, and is better suited to its specific niche which is (relatively) low-level BE development. If you are attracted to that niche then Go is an excellent option. Also, Go is almost a default for developing for K8S, which might be another plus.
On the other hand, JS is a more general-use language. It has a very loosey-goosey syntax and lots of weird behaviors. It is applicable on both FE and BE but be aware that in each of those, knowing JS is just a first step, since (for example) for FE development you will also need to know at least one of the major frameworks (React, Vue, Angular etc) as well as the page object model and a ton of other stuff.
Bottom line- usually the language is the tool, not the objective. Figure out what you want to develop, then choose the optimal language to do it with.
