I misunderstand how people claim to love QKSMS so much. I honestly think it is the least useful open source app in 2024.

No matter what I did I couldn’t send or receive video, and while I could receive photos, I had to open the stock texting app if I myself wanted to send somebody else a picture.

Maybe the app doesn’t fully work for people on adroid 13 or 14?

I have heard that you can’t just choose to not connect it, you actually have to route it to a dead end like a pihole. Supposedly some of these smart TVs will make you think you were allowed to bypass completely but have just connected to the nearest unsecured network.

From what I have read, I suspect that you might live in an area that took so long to get 2G that 3G essentially leapfrogged it for you. Emergency services run on 2G a lot of the time, and I don’t think any reports of 2G service being out.

My understanding is that emergency services are either 2G or a mesh infrastructure (perhaps both? I am still learning tech.

But even in severe cases, I think Now that we have the option to work our way up the ladder to adderall and dysoxin(?), we should have all future diagnoses go up that ladder.

Obviously people who have been on adderall for decades are probably going to have a bad time if they are switched to bupropion immediately, but adderall shouldn’t be the default that children have to offramp from.
