Are you able to control phone functions with assist? I don’t use it mainly because I set voice timers a lot and wasn’t able to find a way to do it with assist.

I think you might be confusing intelligence with memory. Memory is compressed knowledge, intelligence is the ability to decompress and interpret that knowledge.

As a university graduate, I approve this message. Trade schools are underrated and seem to be almost demonized in many places (my public school, for instance). They should be promoted more heavily

I toyed with this idea, but the directory structures are completely different, and they both keep their own databases. If one updates images, the other database will be out of sync. IMHO, it’s best to keep them separate

I can only speak from a web dev perspective, but being able to answer your own questions via research is a huge skill and very useful in the workplace. It’s also a great way to get different opinions on how things should be done. Your professor isn’t always right

Cars are on average more expensive today, new or used. Gas is more expensive, and it’s likely more expensive to insure a young driver, which has always been expensive.

Put in the effort and you can find a good deal. I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again. Buying a new car is a scam, found that one out myself too. I also pay for the same gas and insurance so that’s moot

Not ragging on the choice, I’m ragging on the rationale. “EverYtHinG iS sO 'sPensive” is just “I don’t want to be seen driving/living in/wearing that” in disguise. There are cheaper choices or ones that are more effort, but they are there.

I do get that prices are way out of control but I just saw a sign at McDonald’s for a starting wage of $15/hr. When I worked there, I made $4.25/hr which would be about $9/hr today. I bought my car to start working there so this shit is not impossible today.
