It will be interesting to know if the cables for these things will be stolen for their copper or other metals on a regular basis.

Came here to mention Cronometer. 👍
Nifty! Is there an option to selectively compile packages? So I could try it on the apps I use most often? 🤔
Simple Gallery is potentially suspect now?! 🤦♂️
Nifty!
😏
Anyone know if things like uBlock Origin already handle this? 🤔
Would not have thought to check again this early. Thanks for the news!
More than one of you have recommended wired Google earbuds–but I don’t see them in the Google Store–just bluetooth ones. What am I missing, here?
And to second what some other’s have said, I got a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter w/DAC that I use with an old reliable pair of wired earbuds, here.
Well, the 14 beta 5 didn’t fix the problem with Nova Launcher, so my choices are reboot the phone occasionally–or use Pixel Launcher for now.
The only consistent issue I’ve had with 14 so far is Nova Launcher occasionally becomes unresponsive requiring a phone reboot. Nova says it’s a known issue in 14? Just today I switched to the Pixel Launcher to see if things improve. After I flash beta 5, I can go back and test Nova.
I’m running the A14 betas–so please keep these posts coming!! 👍
I use PulseSMS.
$17 is almost 20% less than it will cost me to see OPPENHEIMER in 70mm IMAX. The former lasts a year, the latter 3 hours. Which will be more engaging? 🤔
subscription fatigue is real.
I LOL’d at that phrase. So true. That being said, $17/yr feels pretty reasonable to me.
So far, I’m seeing placeholders for ads in my feed–but no actual ads. But I have multiple layers of adblocking set up at home, so…
Now I’m curious about pre-reg. What advantages does that afford…?
Is it live? I can’t install it yet. 🤔
I’m willing to bet he’s figured out a way to keep our phones at 100% too.
