Recently shifted away from this. Been using it for years and had almost 20,000 tasks completed in it.
It just got way too bloated, I tried google tasks, tasks.org but i’ve settled on the tasks plugin for obsidian.

Had to shift from Solid. For some reason when I SMB to my unraid server, when it waits for the disk to spin up. It locks up the whole app and the only way to fix is clear cache.
Recently moved to MiXplorer, way more powerful but not as visually polished as Solid.
Not sure they’re $1 each if you need a dac.
Again I was sucked in here… I bought WF1000XM3, then XM4. Since having a kid, we’ve had to watch spending a bit more and i’ve really started to embrace repairability and longevity. Recently picked up a Framework laptop that I plan on keeping for a long time.
Similar with android. I had a pixel 5 and loved it, the pixel 6 pro came out and I was dragged in (higher res screen, 120hz etc etc). Then the pixel 7 pro came out and I bought that too (mainly for signal improvements).
Looking back, my pixel 5 did/does everything these do. I’ve decided my next upgrades will be whenever the below happens:
I don’t need some random AI features/camera improvments. 99% of my phone use is podcasts, browsing the internet and any phone from the last 5 years will do that nicely still.
Probably not as many as you’d think. Switch nails PS3 games usually.
When is stable? Waiting on my Pixel 7
I’m personally fine with the price, but I won’t be paying it, i’ll use the free version and/or infinity.
It was terrible on my 7 Pro
I installed it and immediately uninstalled. Can’t stand apps dropping frames
Serious question about the monies charged. Do you think there will be backlash again from the instances? If lemmy.world starts seeing significant traffic from the api via sync and you’re inserting your own ads and charging for ad-removal. Will they want a slice of the pie? Cut the api access?
I’ve been emulating an app in my laptop using WSA and it definitely kicks the cpu into gear
